Karl Knauer honours long-serving employees

Last Friday, the traditional anniversary celebration of the company Karl Knauer took place at the Partyhaus Damm in Zell am Harmersbach. After an informal sparkling-wine reception, numerous employees were honoured in the presence of their loved ones for many years of service – a sign of loyalty, commitment and dedication to the company. This year, 44 people who together have contributed an impressive 1,240 years of service celebrated their company anniversaries.

“Our anniversary celebrants are the heart of our success,” emphasised Managing Partner Stefanie Wieckenberg in her speech. “With their knowledge, experience and dedication, they play a key role in ensuring that Karl Knauer has stood for quality, innovation and reliability for decades.”

Honouring long-standing service

In total, 44 employees were recognised for 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years with the company. Special mention was made of the colleagues with exceptionally long service, both on this evening and earlier in the year at a smaller celebratory event.

During the personal presentations, employees with 25 and 40 years of service received honorary certificates from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and for 40 years of service, honorary certificates from the Regional Council. In keeping with Karl Knauer tradition, the company’s symbol – the “Reh” (deer) – in silver, gold and platinum is also presented for 25, 35 and 45 years of service. After the official part, a shared dinner and many personal conversations created a warm and festive atmosphere. Colleagues took the opportunity to look back together on many successful years and let the evening come to a pleasant close.

A word of thanks to the entire team

Managing Directors Marco Manna and Nicki Eberle expressed their gratitude to all anniversary celebrants and to the entire Karl Knauer team for their outstanding work and commitment. “Long-term service is no longer something to be taken for granted,” the management noted. “All the more, we are delighted that so many of our employees have helped shape our company over so many years.”
