Management Change at Karl Knauer Poland

The Karl Knauer Group has announced a change in its management team. Karolina Matysiak, Managing Director at Karl Knauer Poland, is leaving the company for health reasons. She has more than 22 years of experience at the Polish site and has played a key role in developing the production plant over the last few years, showing strong commitment and motivation. She was given a warm send-off with thanks for her valuable contribution and best wishes for her health.

Moving forward, managing directors Marco Manna and Nicki Eberle from the Biberach-based parent company will also take over the management of the Polish subsidiary. This decision marks a turning point and an opportunity for even stronger, unified management. As co-managing directors, they will bring together their expertise to continue the company's future-oriented development.

An industrial engineer and tax consultant, Marco Manna brings extensive expertise and years of experience from working in auditing and industry. He joined the company as a financial expert in 2020. With strong commitment and a valued team mindset, he soon took on additional administrative areas and has been Commercial Managing Director at Karl Knauer KG in Biberach since 2024. 

Nicki Eberle joined the management team in 2022 as Head of Production. His Master of Engineering degree and extensive professional experience working for companies in similar sectors meant that he quickly made a significant impact. As an engineer with strong leadership skills and a focus on business management, he has been Technical Managing Director since 2024.
